Return and Complaint

The satisfaction of our customers is important to us, and that's why we try to do our job to the best of our ability every day. Despite our best efforts, it can sometimes happen that everything does not go smoothly. We are ready to fix it, so customers have the option to return or claim the goods.

Basic information:


  1. The customer has 100 days from receiving the goods to return the goods.
  2. The goods returned must be unworn, unwashed and must have the original packaging and tags.
  3. Underwear and swimwear can also be returned (subject to the conditions in point 2). Women's swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker.
  4. The return address is:

  5. The customer returns the goods at their own expense.
  6. The customer will be informed by email about the receipt and processing of returned goods.
  7. Returned goods will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of delivery of the goods to the specified address.



  1. The request for a claim must be made via the contact form. When filling in the contact form, please enclose the photos of claimed goods so that defect is visible.
  2. Claims are resolved by refunding the customer's money within 14 days of the claim request being processed.
  3. The customer will be notified by email about processing of their request.
